Cozy 65sq. m. flat in one of the prettiest areas in Edinburgh. Located at the bottom of Morningside Road, the flat is on the first floor and consists of two bedrooms with big windows, a spacious kitchen with window as well, an intimate living room adjacent to the kitchen, and a bathroom. For council tax reasons, am potentially looking for an either part-time or full-time worker. Completely furnished.
Location wise, it’s about 15 minute walk from Bruntsfield Links and 30 from the city center. The flat is 3 minutes away from the bus stop for buses 5, 11, 15, 16, 23, 36, which usually take about 15 to 20 minutes to get to Princes Street.
Monthly rent is 600£ + bills (council tax, wi-fi, electricity and gas).
The bathroom has got a bathtub/shower (pretty new) and washing mashing is present (in the kitchen). The flat has also got a spacious cupboard in the living room and a tiny storage room in the corridor.
The bedroom in question has already got bed and wardrobes, as well as a chest of drawers (and potentially a standing clothes rail. and a desk. The kitchen has already got all the comforts, from microwave to cutlery, plates, blenders, capsule coffee machine, pans and bowls.
